….Texecom will be ending support for their popular Texecom Connect V1 app.
The app’s successor, Texecom Connect V2, was released on the 21st January 2021 and, since then, the company has been supporting both versions in order to minimise disruption.
However, it is now vital that any users who have not yet done so, update to the Connect V2 app as soon as possible. If you have already upgraded to Texecom Connect V2, then no further action is required. See app icons below for reference:
To download Texecom Connect V2, click the relevant link below to take you to either Google Play or the Apple App Store:
Once installed, open the app and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You should now be able to sign in with your existing log-in details (email address & password).
If you have forgotten, or do not know, your password then please contact us and we will be able to assist.
Please note: If your system was installed before 2020, then it is possible that you might not receive notifications after Texecom disables the Connect V1 app. If you find this is the case, please contact us.
