Now that the dust has settled, on behalf of the entire Macmillan Golf Day Committee, we just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to all players, supporters and organisers, who came together to make Friday’s 20^th Macmillan Golf Day such a success! We couldn’t have done it without you.

Whilst the weather may not have been as good as in recent years, that certainly didn’t affect anyone’s enthusiasm on the day. The tee off times ran pretty much to schedule, there were some incredible scores put in, and, from all accounts, everyone had a brilliant time.

With over 50 teams and 200 players taking part, and more than 70 local and national businesses giving their support, we managed to smash last year’s record-breaking total by raising an incredible £25,881.00!

And a huge congratulations to P&R Heating, headed by Craig Sutherland, who were the winning team on the day.
