….National Apprenticeship Week, today is Apprentice Wednesday, so we wanted to celebrate our recently graduated apprentice, Morgan.

Having started his apprenticeship with us way back in February 2019, Morgan recently completed the programme this past December and is now a fully qualified Fire & Security Engineer!

Morgan really enjoyed the balance of college work and on-the-job learning, finding they would go hand-in-hand, each benefiting the other. He told us: “I would highly recommend an apprenticeship as it gives you the ability to start from the bottom, fresh with no knowledge, and allows you to progress step-by-step, learning from other people along the way.”
