Position: Alarm Response Officer
Reporting to: Alarm Response Team Manager
The CIA Alarm Response Team provides an invaluable first response service for all our clients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Main responsibilities include:
First response to intruder / fire alarm activations
To patrol and secure the premises of business clients
Locking and unlocking duties
General admin duties
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Ability to work in a stressful environment
Self-starter used to working by themselves
Observant and diligent
Excellent communication skills
Must have a clean driving license
No criminal record
Previous security experience is not essential but would be beneficial
Current SIA license
Full training for the role will be given
Salary and Hours:
This position is a total of 42 hours made up of evening, night and weekend shifts.
Flexibility is essential, shift patterns may change at short notice and the successful candidate will be required to help cover holidays and sickness. You will be required to work bank holidays.
The holiday entitlement for this role is the equivalent of 28 days inc Bank Holidays.
The salary will be dependent on the candidate.
