Sales Administrator

CIA Fire and Security Ltd are a Cirencester based security company looking for a Sales Administrator interested in developing a career with us.

This is a challenging position that will see you being an integral part of achieving the goals of the sales team.

Job Description / Mission Statement:

To support the Sales Team in delivering first class customer service and maximising all sales opportunities.

Duties:

  • Type and dispatch Security Quotations
  • Follow up calls / emails to clients ensuring safe delivery of quotation / correspondence
  • Prompt reply to emails / letters
  • Organise Business Manager Diaries
  • Create & maintain Sales Enquiry Records
  • Arrange Appointments
  • Won / Lost Sales Enquiry Reporting
  • Business Manager Performance Reporting
  • Gather accurate details such as directions and client requirements
  • Assist with advertising and promotions
  • Client Letters
  • Call Handling
  • Job Go Ahead Instruction – Confirmation Email both in house and externally to the client
  • Prepare well-presented and planned quotations, supported by costing spreadsheets
  • Respond to client requests as promptly as possible
  • Reception support
  • Any other administration duties as necessary.

This is a full time role based at our Cirencester Head Office and would suit anyone with Administration skills or looking to start a career within the industry.
