CIA Alarm Responce Division The Alarm Systems Response Division responds to any CIA Fire and Security Alarm activation, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. It is made up of Alarm Systems Response Operatives and fully qualified Alarm Systems Engineers on call ready to respond to your emergency. All of our Alarm Systems Response Operatives hold the Security Industry Authority (SIA) License, the current security industry requirement for all personnel involved in security guarding; they also comply with Personal Records Checks as required by the ACPO Policy 2009. Upon a confirmed activation, we will arrive in one of our very visible Alarm Response vehicles, including 4WD's for bad weather conditions and remote locations. Our vehicles are fitted with trackers, both for the safety of our staff and for evidentiary purposes, similarly they are protected by SKYGUARD technology, a lone worker safety systems. We can also offer SKYGUARD on request to customers who are regularly working on their own at work or home.
